Pella Opens Showroom in Rohnert Park

Pella Doors & Windows of Northern California will open a new Pella showroom in Rohnert Park at the end of July.  The showroom will house different series of Pella’s windows and doors, as well as newly released products.

Pella Doors & Windows of Rohnert Park will be a premiere showroom for Pella. Sales representative for the Santa Rosa territory, Jason Marlar, says this will be a large feat for Pella.

“We want this to be Pella’s greatest showroom destination for contractors, architects, and designers,” said Marlar. “We will showcase [completed ideas] of Pella’s full line of products. This showroom will be a goal destination for anyone looking to buy windows and doors.”

The Rohnert Park location will be the first of Pella’s showrooms to feature the new line of Scenescape multi-panel slide and bi-fold doors. Pella also recently launched Insynctive Technology, Window and Door Sensors for home security, as well as Between-the-Glass and Roomside Blinds and Shades. Pella product showcased will include stucco and wood facade.

“It is so important for our partners to see the new Pella product lines, how they look installed, and to be able to operate it themselves. This showroom will be poised for expansion as Pella comes out with new product,” said Marlar.

Brad Oldenbrook, managing partner of Exclusive Holdings, LLC has been using Pella product for almost a decade, and working with Marlar for five years. Exclusive Holdings, LLC has been a real estate development and consulting firm since 1998.

“Pella is the best product for the price,” said Oldenbrook. “I have always found flexibility with the product and their initial offering fulfills most of my project needs. With Pella, I know I’m going to get a variety of features, options, and colors.”

Pella’s most recent unveiling is the new contemporary line of wood windows and doors as an expansion of their current Pella Proline series. This addition will give consumers the option of cleaner, straight lines and new color options such as black.  

“This showroom will give us the ability to get familiar with the new products,” said Oldenbrook. “I usually utilize product I can see and understand. I would love to check out the new stuff.”

This is Pella’s seventh showroom opening for the trade distribution branch since 2011, under the ownership of Dave Adamis and Jon Koski. Pella Corporation has been manufacturing high quality windows and doors since 1925 and just celebrated their 90^th anniversary last year. Oldenbrook values his long standing relationship with Pella.

“I like having the ability to talk to Dave [Adamis] when I need to,” said Oldenbrook. “I haven’t needed to though because Jason [Marlar] is so committed to his clients. He is responsive on both the sales and service side.”

The Rohnert Park showroom is located at 5430 Commerce Blvd. Rohnert Park, CA. It is across the street from Graton Resort & Casino in the old Breakaway Bikes’ location.
