How do I know I can trust the salesperson and installers?
Members of your Pella Showroom team – including your in-home representative and installation professionals – will wear their Pella identification. We'll respect your time and your home and give you the information you need to make the best decision for your project.
How do I evaluate the cost of a replacement project?
There are two main sources of cost. First, the products – including the features and options you choose. And second, the installation cost – including labor. The cost of your project will depend on the needs of your unique home.
How long does the replacement process take?
From the time you choose your local Pella Showroom for your replacement project, it typically takes 6-8 weeks for us to build the windows and doors specifically for your home. Your Pella sales representative will work with you to schedule an installation date and time that's convenient for you. Installation time varies depending on the size of your project, but can frequently be done in as little as a day.
Why do I need an in-home consultation? Can't I just visit my local Pella Showroom?
You can absolutely visit your local Pella Showroom, however, we do ultimately need to send a Pella representative to your home to confirm measurements of your windows and doors. During an in-home consultation, we'll bring samples and options right to your home – making it easy for you to compare different colors, hardware options, grille patterns, and more – to the existing finishes in your home. And, you'll get a quote on-the-spot.
